The Metronome is a very useful tool for controlling the tempo of your playing and studying the lesson material.

Select the desired tempo by pressing the (-) and (+) buttons or by typing it directly into the field. It will remember the tempo settings for all the lessons on the platform, so you don't have to change them each time you switch lessons.

If your last action was on the Metronome, you can start or stop it by pressing the space bar on your keyboard.

Adjust the volume using the volume bar. Similar to the tempo, the Metronome will remember the volume settings across the platform.

Start practicing the lesson at a tempo that allows you to play the material without mistakes. Gradually increase the tempo as you improve your playing.

You can also adjust the metronome's tempo on the fly while it is playing, and it will adapt to the changes.
